Guatemala Trip, 2018
A grateful family.
Any chance you get to step away from treating patients you play with the kids. Each day we picked someone (not always a child) to ask questions and to learn something. At the end of our conversation we would give them a tennis ball (pelota) with our name written on it.
A quick limbo competition.
A quick picture with some of the kiddos.
Big smiles every time they see us.
Day One in San Lucas Toliman after arriving in Guatemala City. It was late in the night and we spent the time getting ready for the week. Here we are doing medication inventory.
Dr. Charnock treating a family.
Dr. Henley in front of a pharmacy we passed on our way.

Giving a little girl a nebulizer treatment. Breathing is difficult here because of the air quality due to lots of burning of garbage and vehicle emissions.
Just finished setting up what will be the pharmacy for the next few days.
